El proyecto colectivo «Valencia en la posguerra, formas de vida y actitudes políticas», realizado entre 1995 y 1999, se inspiró en el Bayern Projekt, que coordinó Martin Broszat desde el Institut für Zeitgeschichte de Munich, y en el proyecto «Lebensgeschichte und Sozialkultur in Ruhrgebiet 1930-1960», un hito de la Alltagsgeschichte alemana; también en la historia oral de la clase obrera turinesa bajo el fascismo de Luisa Passerini. Este artículo expone las premisas y resultados del proyecto, que con otros abrió camino a un importante desarrollo de las investigaciones sobre prácticas y experiencias de la gente común bajo el franquismo.

The collective project «Valencia in the postwar period, ways of life and political attitudes», carried out between 1995 and 1999, was inspired by the Bayern Projekt, coordinated by Martin Broszat from the Institut für Zeitgeschichte in Munich, and by the «Lebensge-schichte und Sozialkultur in Ruhrgebiet 1930-1960» project. This lat-ter project was a landmark of the German Alltagsgeschichte and also of the oral history of the Turinese working class under the fascism of Luisa Passerini. This article sets out the premises and results of the Project. Along with others, it opened the way to an important devel-opment of research on the practices and experiences of common peo-ple under Francoism.
