  La presente investigación resalta Impacto del síndrome de burnout en líderes del sector industrial. La metodología utilizada fue documental y descriptiva y se determinó que el síndrome de burnout guarda relación con el estrés crónico, mayormente el que se evidencia en los líderes del sector industrial, quienes son los representantes de la organización en un rubro tan importante para el desarrollo de un país como es la industria. En los últimos años, las empresas se han enfocado en evaluar los riesgos psicosociales presentes en los diferentes puestos de trabajo, principalmente en los niveles gerenciales, por tal motivo, ha causado revuelo el llamado síndrome de burnout, que consiste en un trastorno adaptativo crónico, asociado con el inadecuado afrontamiento a las demandas psicológicas del trabajo, que altera la calidad de vida de las, por lo que, el presente artículo está enfocado en la evaluación y análisis del impacto del síndrome de burnout en los líderes del sector industrial.

  This research highlights the impact of burnout syndrome on leaders in the industrial sector. The methodology used was documentary and descriptive and it was determined that burnout syndrome is related to chronic stress, mainly that which is evident in the leaders of the industrial sector, who are the representatives of the organization in an area so important for the development of a country like the industry. In recent years, companies have focused on evaluating the psychosocial risks present in different jobs, mainly at management levels, for this reason, the so-called burnout syndrome, which consists of a chronic adaptive disorder, has caused a stir. Associated with inadequate coping with the psychological demands of work, which alters the quality of life, therefore, this article is focused on the evaluation and analysis ofthe impact of burnout syndrome on leaders in the industrial sector.
