    ¿Cuál es la predisposición hacia el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del estudiantado egresado? Dar clase al alumnado de Máster, siendo el intervalo de edad entre veintiséis y cincuenta y cinco años, se ha convertido en una actividad que necesita incorporar la innovación en la docencia en el aula. Para afrontar los problemas emocionales del alumnado se ha implementado en el aula la herramienta mapa de empatía, con el objetivo de obtener información que permita optimizar la eficacia de la gestión de la actividad docente. La actitud del alumnado hacia la generación de conocimiento será gestionada a través de la comunicación proactiva en el aula, adquiriendo la competencia basada en la inteligencia emocional: capacidad de inducir inteligencia intrapersonal en el alumnado y capacidad para gestionar la empatía y las habilidades sociales en el docente y también en el alumnado.

    What is the predisposition towards the teaching-learning process of the graduate student? Teaching Master students, being the age range between twenty-six and fifty-five years, has become an activity that needs to incorporate innovation in teaching in the classroom. To deal with the emotional problems of students, the empathy map tool has been implemented in the classroom, with the aim of obtaining information that optimizes the effectiveness of the management of the teaching activity. The attitude of students towards the generation of knowledge will be managed through proactive communication in the classroom, acquiring competence based on emotional intelligence: ability to induce intrapersonal intelligence in students and ability to manage social skills in teachers and also in the students.
