    En este artículo, se sitúa la trayectoria de la Revista de Occidente en el contexto de la evolución filosófica de su fundador y, por tanto, de la circunstancia cultural española y europea en las décadas veinte y treinta del siglo XX durante las cuales se publicó la revista.

    Así que se describen el proyecto intelectual para el que fue concebida, los temas que trató, los colaboradores que intervinieron y los resultados que logró.

    This article places the trajectory of the Revista de Occidente in the context of the philosophical evolution of its founder and, therefore, of the Spanish and European cultural circumstances in the twenties and thirties of the twentieth century during which the journal was published. Thus, it describes the intellectual project for which it was conceived, the subjects it dealt with, the collaborators involved and the results it achieved
