  En el presente estudio, se determina el perfil de salud oral de niños entre 6 y 9 años de edad, atendidos en laClínica de Odontología de la Universidad Latina de Costa Rica y su relación con el estado nutricional. Estocon el propósito de conocer la influencia que provoca la alteración del perfil de salud oral sobre el estadonutricional y viceversa. Al concluir la investigación se obtuvieron resultados significativos, que evidencian laalta relación entre ambos aspectos.

  In the present study, it is determined the profile of oral health of children between 6 and 9 years of age attendedin the Clinic of Odontolgy of the Latin University of Costa Rica and its relation with the nutritional state.With the intention of knowing the influence that provokes the alteration of the profile of oral health on thenutritional state and vice versa. On having concluded the investigation there were obtained significant resultsthat demonstrate the high relationship between both aspects
