    Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo principal argumentar a favor de una aporía en la conjunción deber y felicidad, debido a la estructura subyacente en cada uno de estos elementos. Para llevar a cabo dicho objetivo, primero se constatará que no es posible escindir la felicidad de la acción humana, ya que es imprescindible para la agencia moral, al igual que la realización del deber. Después de mostrar que no es posible la separación de ambos planos, se desarrollará en un segundo momento, las dificultades propias que existen entre la felicidad y el deber, dada la estructura categorial que posee cada una de ellas. Siendo así, se exhibirá que la conjunción antes mencionada se enfrenta a dificultades similares a las que propone Wieland en la Aporía de la aplicación en el artículo “Aporías de la razón práctica”. Por lo tanto, en la lectura propuesta se muestra, en última instancia, las dificultades propias de la convergencia entre lo universal y lo contingente.

    Abstract The main objective of this article is to argue in favor of an aporia in the conjunction duty and happiness due to the underlying structure in each of these elements. To carry out this objective, it will first be exposed that it is not possible to separate happiness from human action since, as well as the performance of duty, it is essential for moral agency. After showing that the separation of both planes is not possible; the difficulties that exist between happiness and duty will be developed in a second moment, given the categorical structure that each of them possesses. Being this the case, it will be shown that the aforementioned conjunction faces difficulties similar to those proposed by Wieland in the aporia of application in the article “Aporia of practical reason.” Therefore, the proposed reading ultimately shows the difficulties of the convergence between the universal and the contingent.
