Resumen de Lo judicial y la identidad narrativa en La Orestíada. Una interpretación desde Ricoeur

Resumen El artículo tiene como objetivo interpretar la Orestíada desde la identidad narrativa, para sostener que el proceso judicial en el caso de Orestes es definitivo para la configuración de su identidad. Lo anterior va más allá de las interpretaciones tradicionales de la referida obra de Esquilo y se centra en el hombre sufriente receptor de la sentencia. Para alcanzar el propósito del artículo se acudirá a la hermenéutica filosófica de Ricoeur y a los conceptos de mismidad, ipseidad e identidad narrativa.

Abstract This paper aims to interpret the Oresteia from the perspective of the narrative identity, to sustain that the judicial process in the case of Orestes is definitive for the configuration of its identity. The foregoing goes beyond the traditional interpretations of the aforementioned work by Aeschylus and focuses on the suffering man who receives the sentence. To achieve the purpose of this paper, the philosophical hermeneutics of Ricoeur, and the concepts of sameness, selfhood and narrative identity are used.
