Resumen de Recursos do Trabalho, Florescimento no Trabalho e Job Crafting

  The Job Demands−Resources (JD-R) model was developed to explain occupational health and well-being. The present work intended to analyze the role of flourishing at work in the relationship between two resources (autonomy at work and the supervisor's supportive behavior towards the family) with job crafting. The sample consisted of 509 Brazilian workers, of both sexes (71.3% women). Participants' ages ranged from 18 to 82 years (M = 42.6; SD = 10.4). The results of the Structural Equation Modeling showed a direct and positive relationship between work resources and job crafting. In addition, they also demonstrated the mediating role that flourishing at work has in these relationships. Such findings offer different theoretical and practical contributions to the field of Organizational Psychology, allowing advances in knowledge of the nomological network of relationships between work resources and job crafting, with flourishing as a mediator.

  O Modelo de Demandas e Recursos no Trabalho (JD-R) foi desenvolvido buscando explicar a saúde e o bemestar ocupacional. O presente trabalho objetivou analisar o papel do florescimento no trabalho na relação de dois recursos (autonomia no trabalho e comportamento de suporte do supervisor à família) com o job crafting.

  A amostra compôs-se de 509 trabalhadores brasileiros, de ambos os sexos (71,3% mulheres). A idade dos participantes variou 18 a 82 anos (M=42,6; DP=10,4). Os resultados da Modelagem de Equações Estruturais evidenciaram uma relação direta e positiva entre os recursos do trabalho com o job crafting. Ademais, demonstraram o papel mediador do florescimento no trabalho nessas relações. Tais achados oferecem diferentes contribuições teóricas e práticas para a área da Psicologia Organizacional permitindo o avanço no conhecimento sobre a rede nomológica das relações dos recursos do trabalho com o job crafting, tendo o florescimento como mediador.
