La importancia de la fraseología en la enseñanza en línea del español como lengua extranjera

    La presente investigación trata de analizar el estado actual de la fraseología en la enseñanza del español. Se presta atención especialmente a su presencia en las clases de ELE y se pone el foco en la metodología de la enseñanza en línea, que goza de gran popularidad en la actualidad. El análisis se realiza con el estudio de clases prácticas de alumnos anglosajones de diversas edades, que aprenden español como L2 online. Tras impartir una clase de español enfocada al aprendizaje de elementos fraseológicos, los resultados indican un alto grado de satisfacción por parte del alumnado, quienes recalcan el beneficio que les supone incorporar aspectos fraseológicos al aprendizaje del español como L2 para enriquecer su conocimiento no solo lingüístico, sino también cultural. Con este estudio se trata de poner el foco en la importancia y la ausencia de la fraseología frente a otros elementos del lenguaje como la morfología o la sintaxis, investigando el avance de su situación actual y de su utilidad en las clases de ELE virtuales. Se comprueba el interés y la satisfacción que produce en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, abriendo así el debate a si debe incorporarse de manera permanente esta rama de la lingüística al método de enseñanza del español como segunda lengua.

    The investigation here given is an attempt to analyse the current position that phraseology has within the teaching of Spanish language. Special attention is given to its presence in classes of Spanish as a second language, focusing on the now popular methodology of online teaching. The analytical approach followed has been the immersion in the learning of various English-speaking students of different ages, who learn Spanish as a foreign language online. After teaching a Spanish lesson on phraseology, where the aspects of it were displayed, the results show a high level of interest among students as they highlight the benefit that they receive by including phraseological elements in their learning of Spanish as a second language. They found that it didn´t only enrich their linguistic knowledge but also their understanding of the cultural side of the Hispanic world. This study aims to shed some light on the importance and absence of phraseology, against the popularity of other language areas such as morphology or syntaxis. We investigate the improvement it has gone through in recent years and its great impact on students´ learning, which leads to the debatable idea of whether phraseology should be included as part of the teaching curriculum of Spanish as a second language.
