    El Collegium Beatus Rhenanus (CBR) constituye una estructura de investigación y de formación superior, creada en 1997, especializada en las ciencias de la Antigüedad.

    Toma su nombre del humanista Beatus Rhenanus (1485-1547), símbolo de la unidad intelectual de la región. De hecho, el programa de estudios del CBR es heredero de la tradición humanista del Rin superior, haciendo confluir las habilidades y competencias científicas específicas de dos universidades francesas (Estrasburgo y Mulhouse), una alemana (Friburgo) y otra suiza (Basilea). Pretendemos fundamentalmente estudiar de qué modo se establece y planifica la colaboración interuniversitaria entre grupos de investigación, procedentes de tres naciones, mediante el intercambio fecundo de informaciones. Asimismo, nos proponemos analizar cómo se establece el apoyo a la ejecución de proyectos de investigación en común y la manera en que se garantiza la máxima difusión de los resultados científicos. El enfoque empleado parte de un examen del plan de formación de jóvenes investigadores, revisando las guías docentes de las disciplinas que conciernen al área de historia y ciencias de la Antigüedad así como las Actas de las reuniones anuales del CBR, con la finalidad de valorar el impacto del entrecruzamiento de tradiciones universitarias múltiples y diversas.

    The Collegium Beatus Rhenanus (CBR) is a structure of research and higher education, established in 1997, concerning the Sciences of Antiquity. Named after the humanist Beatus Rhenanus (1485-1547), symbol of the intellectual unity of the region. In fact, the curriculum of the CBR is heir to the humanist tradition of the Upper Rhine, bringing together the specific and scientific skills and expertise of two French Universities (Strasbourg and Mulhouse), one German (Freiburg) and another Swiss (Basel). Our aim purpose is to study how inter-university collaboration is set and planned between research groups from three different nations, by means of fruitful exchange of information. We will also analyze how the support for the implementation of joint research projects is established and how the maximum dissemination of scientific results is guaranteed. Our approach starts considering the programme for training young researchers, examining the educational guides of the disciplines of History and Science of Antiquity area as well as the Proceedings of the annual meetings of the CBR, in order to assess the impact of the intertwining of multiple and diverse university traditions.
