    En este artículo analizamos el diseño e implementación de las capacitaciones por Ley Micaela en la Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche (período 2019-2023). En primer lugar, hacemos un breve resumen de cómo planificamos y ejecutamos los cursos por Ley Micaela; también justificamos la estrategia de diseño pedagógico adoptada. En segundo lugar, mostramos el trabajo artesanal y situado que implicó llevar adelante las capacitaciones para los distintos actores universitarios. En tercer lugar, examinamos las fortalezas de nuestro enfoque, pero también los obstáculos que encontramos, las resistencias de quienes participaron y los desafíos a futuro.

    In this paper, we analyze the planning and implementation of the Micaela Law courses at the National University Arturo Jauretche (2019-2023). First of all, we make a brief summary of how we carry out the courses; we also justify the pedagogic design strategy that we adopted. Secondly, we show the artisan and ad hoc work that implied carrying out the training for the different university actors. Thirdly, we examine the strengths of our approach but also the obstacles we encountered, the resistance of the participants and the challenges ahead.
