Resumen de Gestión de video vigilancia mediante business intelligence para seguimiento de errores

  El objetivo de la investigación fue es gestionar el seguimiento de errores en la sala de video vigilancia mediante business intelligence. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva.  Los resultados reflejaron que los reportes de información con el uso de la herramienta de inteligencia de negocios, permitió generar informes y gráficos dinámicos donde se representa la falta de vehículos de emergencia, la reubicación y reorganización de cámaras por usuario. Con respecto a la conclusión se tiene que la entrega de indicadores y reportes permitieron disminuir los errores frecuentes en los procesos ejecutados en la sala de video vigilancia, mejorando significativamente el manejo y entrega de la información y toma de decisiones de los servicios de emergencia por parte de estadística siendo los directamente beneficiados el personal de estadística y de manera indirecta la ciudadanía.

  ABSTRACT The objective of the investigation was to manage the tracking of errors in the video surveillance room through business intelligence. The type of research was descriptive. The results reflected that the information reports with the use of the business intelligence tool, allowed to generate reports and dynamic graphs where the lack of emergency vehicles, the relocation and reorganization of cameras by user is represented. Regarding the conclusion, it is stated that the delivery of indicators and reports made it possible to reduce frequent errors in the processes carried out in the video surveillance room, significantly improving the management and delivery of information and decision-making of emergency services by of statistics being the directly benefited the statistical personnel and indirectly the citizens.
