Productividad, aspectos que benefician a la organización. Revisión sistemática de la producción científica

    La presente investigación muestra una revisión sistemática de la productividad empresarial, se aborda su conceptualización, componentes y factores relacionados con el tema. Su objetivo principal es reflexionar y analizar estudios sobre la variable de estudio para seleccionar los aspectos frecuentes que benefician a la empresa mediante la gestión adecuada de la productividad. La metodología de la revisión sistemática de la literatura científica (SLR), permitió la búsqueda y revisión de la información, identificaron 71 estudios elaborados en países de Latinoamérica, en idioma inglés y español publicados entre los años 2007 y 2021 en las bases de datos de Redalyc, Dialnet, Web of Science, Google Scholar, SciELO y Elsevier. Como resultado se obtuvieron 24 artículos que cumplieron con las características de inclusión desarrolladas en el apartado de metodología, se describen las principales aportaciones del objeto de estudio identificando los aspectos frecuentes que permiten el incremento de la productividad empresarial. Se concluye que, si se pretende ser competitivos en los mercados internacionales, se requiere de fortalecer los aspectos organizacionales para alcanzar la productividad máxima con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes en cualquier mercado.

    This research shows a systematic review of business productivity, addressing its conceptualization, components and factors related to the subject. Its main objective is to reflect and analyze studies on the study variable to select the frequent aspects that benefit the company through the proper management of productivity. The methodology of the systematic review of the scientific literature (SLR), allowed the search and review of the information, identified 71 studies elaborated in Latin American countries, in English and Spanish published between 2007 and 2021 in the databases of Redalyc, Dialnet, Web of Science, Google Scholar, SciELO and Elsevier. As a result, 24 articles were obtained that met the inclusion characteristics developed in the methodology section, the main contributions of the object of study are described, identifying the frequent aspects that allow the increase of business productivity. It is concluded that, if it is to be competitive in international markets, it is necessary to strengthen the organizational aspects to achieve maximum productivity in order to meet the needs of customers in any market.
