      A raíz de los cambios acelerados en el entorno del ecosistema empresarial global, que incrementan los niveles de competitividad, este estudio tiene como propósito conocer las habilidades más demandadas y deseadas por las organizaciones, en los perfiles de administradores de empresas desde el mercado laboral actual, que están relacionadas con la empleabilidad y espíritu empresarial de jóvenes y adultos. En esta investigación empírica, la metodología es cualitativa a nivel descriptivo, con una revisión sistemática de la literatura, realizada a través de la aproximación PRISMA, que permite realizar un análisis profundo de publicaciones de interés sobre el tema. En este artículo se identifican 35 habilidades mejor valoradas por las organizaciones para el perfil de un administrador de empresas, también se establece una clasificación con categorías de competencias destacadas y, finalmente se muestra la proyección y tendencias de habilidades a futuro. Se concluye con las habilidades duras y blandas más destacadas, las tendencias y el surgimiento de un nuevo estilo de vida laboral derivado de la economía de la Industria 4.0, emergente en América Latina.

      As a result of the accelerated changes in the global business ecosystem environment, which increase the levels of competitiveness, the purpose of this study is to know the most demanded and desired skills by organizations, in the profiles of business managers from the current labor market, which are related to the employability and entrepreneurship of young people and adults. In this empirical research, the methodology is qualitative at a descriptive level, with a systematic review of the literature, carried out through the PRISMA approach, which allows an in-depth analysis of publications of interest on the subject. This article identifies 35 skills best valued by organizations for the profile of a business administrator, it also establishes a classification with categories of outstanding competencies, and, finally, it shows the projection and trends of skills in the future. It concludes with the most outstanding hard and soft skills, trends, and the emergence of a new working lifestyle derived from the industry 4.0 economy, emerging in Latin America.
