    Estudio novedoso de la prueba ilícita en el arbitraje que, de darse, puede llegar a viciar de nulidad el laudo en virtud del art. 41.1.f de la Ley de Arbitraje. Para ello, se examinan todas las sentencias dictadas por los Superiores Tribunales de Justicia (23) referentes a este tema y, muy especialmente, la STSJ de Madrid 24/2023, de 14 de junio.
