    El Derecho agroalimentario es una disciplina del Derecho a la que la ciencia jurídica todavía no ha prestado excesiva atención. En el presente trabajo se pretende realizar un acercamiento a la cuestión, y para ello se ha procedido a realizar un análisis somero de las cuestiones más básicas sobre la materia. Así, se ha analizado la relevancia de la producción primaria y la influencia que tiene en ella la transformación sustancial del alimento, al igual que se han establecido las bases de las obligaciones del operador de empresa agroalimentaria y las correspondientes a la Administración pública. El fin último del estudio es ofrecer un modelo sistemático de análisis de la materia que gire en torno a las obligaciones recién mencionadas y a la producción primaria

    Agri-food Law is a discipline of law to which legal science has not yet given much attention to. This study arises to provide an approach to the issue by carrying out a brief analysis of the most basic questions on the subject. Thereby, the relevance of the primary production and the influence that the substantial transformation of food has on it has been analysed, as well as establishing the basis of the obligations of the agri-food business operator and those corresponding to the Administration. The ultimate objective of the study is to offer a systematic model of analysis of the subject that revolves around the aforementioned obligations and primary production
