    La investigación científica Gestión Educativa Institucional y su Relación con la Satisfacción Académica de los Oficiales Alumnos en la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército Peruano, 2019. El objetivo general es determinar la relación entre las variables Gestión Educativa Institucional y Satisfacción Académica de los Oficiales Alumnos en la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército Peruano, 2019. Es un estudio científico de enfoque cuantitativo, bivariado y transversal. Con un diseño descriptivo – correlacional. La población total es 120 Oficiales alumnos, la muestra, a través de un aleatorio simple estuvo conformada por 92 Oficiales alumnos. El principal resultado es que; Existe relación significativa entre la Gestión Educativa Institucional y la Satisfacción Académica de los Oficiales Alumnos. Puesto que: 0,000 < 0,05 se acepta la hipótesis del investigador (H1) y se rechaza la hipótesis nula (H0). La investigación concluye en que se demuestra que existe correlación positiva fuerte durante toda la investigación, entre las variables analizadas y las dimensiones de las mismas.

    Scientific research Institutional Educational Management and its Relationship with the Academic Satisfaction of Student Officers in the Peruvian Army Infantry School, 2019. The general objective is to determine the relationship between the variables Institutional Educational Management and Academic Satisfaction of Student Officers in the Peruvian Army Infantry School, 2019. It is a scientific study with a quantitative, bivariate and cross-sectional approach. With a descriptive - correlational design. The total population is 120 student officers, the sample, through a simple randomization, was made up of 92 student officers. The main result is that; There is a significant relationship between Institutional Educational Management and the Academic Satisfaction of Student Officials. Since: 0.000 <0.05, the researcher's hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The research concludes that it is shown that there is a strong positive correlation throughout the research, between the variables analyzed and their dimensions.
