Cimentando ciudadanía para la gobernanza. Una revisión sistemática.

    Existe mucho consenso entre estudiosos en la relación que existe entre la formación ciudadana y la gobernanza. Lo primero permite contar con una población muy conocedora de sus deberes, pero, también de sus derechos, además de las actividades, acciones a realizar para poder defender las facultades reconocidas por los Estados. La presencia de una sólida formación ciudadana contribuye en la posibilidad de participar activamente a través de los mecanismos de participación ciudadana, sociedad civil organizada en los asuntos de gobierno local, regional, central. El propósito de la presente revisión sistemática ha sido reunir información objetiva sobre la estrecha relación entre formación ciudadana y gobernanza. Se realizó una revisión sistemática en Bases de Datos EBSCO, PROQUEST, SCOPUS de artículos científicos del período comprendido entre 2018 a 2021, de acuerdo a la Matriz PRISMA, tomando en cuenta criterios de inclusión: texto completo, originales en español o inglés, revisión de expertos, investigaciones cuantitativas, se excluyeron a los que eran similares, a los que trataban el tema de gobernabilidad. La búsqueda se llevó a cabo utilizando las ecuaciones “Citizen Training” and “Governance” OR “Cumplimiento De Deberes” and “Participación Ciudadana”; “Defensa De Derechos” and “Sociedad Civil Organizada”, se incluyeron en total 45 artículos. La revisión se llevó a cabo entre mayo a agosto de 2021. Se encontró relación significativa entre formación ciudadana y gobernanza. Se hace necesario realizar más estudios para profundizar lo presentado.

    There is a lot of consensus among scholars on the relationship between citizen training and governance. The first allows us to have a population that is very aware of its duties, but also of its rights, in addition to the activities, actions to be carried out in order to defend the powers recognized by the States. The presence of a solid citizen formation contributes to the possibility of actively participating through the mechanisms of citizen participation, organized civil society in the affairs of local, regional and central government. The purpose of this systematic review has been to gather objective information on the close relationship between citizen training and governance. A systematic review was carried out in EBSCO, PROQUEST, SCOPUS Databases of scientific articles from the period from 2018 to 2021, according to the PRISMA Matrix, taking into account inclusion criteria: full text, originals in Spanish or English, expert review, quantitative research, those that were similar to those that dealt with the issue of governance were excluded. The search was conducted using the equations "Citizen Training" and "Governance" OR "Duty Fulfillment" and "Citizen Participation"; "Defense of Rights" and "Organized Civil Society", a total of 45 articles were included. The review was conducted between May and August 2021. A significant relationship was found between citizen training and governance. More studies are needed to deepen what has been presented.
