  • Resumen
    • This study is a preliminar approach to a broader investigation into the literary systems in ancient Greek literature. Its aim is to reach a more precise picture than we currently have of the changes between them. Previous to that, we need some theoretical foundations on the way in which such systems may be described. This is what the first and second parts of the present study will try to do; in the remaining, I will start looking for the criteria that permit articulation of the genre system in Plato and Aristotle (the first authors who deal with relationships between genres), in order to see to which extent such criteria match what we can know of the archaic and (at least partially) classical systems.
