    Producto de la crisis que enfrenta Venezuela, miles de ciudadanos venezolanos han ingresado a Colombia, movimiento migratorio que supone una serie de desafíos tanto para el gobierno como para la sociedad civil. El presente artículo analiza la situación económica laboral de la ciudad de Cúcuta Norte de Santander y los efectos frente a una gran cantidad de migrantes, a partir de información recopilada y estadísticas numéricas se analiza el crecimiento en la tasa de desempleo e informalidad, además expone la problemática principal del día a día y busca mediante encuestas ya realizadas escuchar la población migrante con respecto a susituación país, escuchar el país hermano sin olvidar nuestros ciudadanos que son los principales afectados, diagnosticando así la necesidad de orientación e información, atenderla precariedad e informalidad laboral, el lazo entre Colombia y Venezuela, caracterizar la población inmigrante, sensibilización frente al fenómeno y evitar situaciones de conflictos.

    As a result of the crisis facing Venezuela, thousands of Venezuelan citizens have entered Colombia, migratory movement that poses a series of challenges for both the government and civil society. This article analyzes the labor economic situation of the city of Cúcuta Norte de Santander and the effects on a large number of migrants, based on information collected and numerical statistics the growth in the unemployment and informality rate is analyzed, It also exposes the main problems of the day to day and seeks through surveys already carried out to listen to the migrant population with respect to their country situation, to listen to the sister country without forgetting our citizens who are the main affected, thus diagnosing the need for guidance and information, addressing job insecurity and informality, the link between Colombia and Venezuela, characterizing the immigrant population, raising awareness of the phenomenon and avoiding conflict situations.
