Resumen de Impacto del programa nacional de empleo juvenil “Jovenes Productivos” en la empleabilidad de los beneficiarios de la ciudad Huánuco

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue verificar la incidencia del Programa nacional de empleo Juvenil “Jóvenes productivos” en sus intervenciones en la región Huánuco, ECAP “Aparicio Pomares”, donde se desarrollaron diferentes talleres cuyo objeto fue capacitarlos técnicamente y desarrollar sus habilidades de empleabilidad. El método de investigación realizado es el Método Científico, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo – correlacional, el diseño de investigación utilizado en la presente investigación fue de Correlacional, donde nos permitió relacionar con dos o más de datos de un conjunto de sujetos con la intención de determinar la subsecuente relación, que es nuestro caso. La muestra del presente trabajo de investigación está representada por un total de 111 jóvenes de la Unidad Zonal Huánuco Programa de Empleo Juvenil “Jóvenes productivos”. Los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación demuestran que la mayoría de beneficiarios ha desarrollado capacidades de empleabilidad. Se arribó a la conclusión, que existe una relación significativa positiva (Prueba de correlación de Pearson 0.81) entre la intervención del Programa Nacional de Empleo Juvenil “Jóvenes Productivos” y las competencias de empleabilidad de los beneficiarios de la región Huánuco.

The objective of the present investigation was to verify the impact of the National Youth Employment Program "Young Productive" in its interventions in the region Huánuco, ECAP "Aparicio Pomares", where different workshops were developed whose purpose was to train them technically and develop their employability skills . The research method used is the Scientific Method, the level of research is descriptive - correlational, the research design used in the present research was of Correlational, where it allowed us to relate with two or more data of a set of subjects with the intention To determine the subsequent relationship, which is our case. The sample of the present research work is represented by a total of 111 young people from the Zonal Unit Huánuco Youth Employment Program "Young Productive". The results obtained in the present investigation show that the majority of beneficiaries have developed employability capacities. It was concluded that there is a significant positive relationship (Pearson correlation test 0.81) between the intervention of the National Youth Employment Program "Young Productive" and the employability competencies of the beneficiaries of the Huánuco region.
