    El objetivo de la presente investigación fue demostrar cómo influye la gestión del Presupuesto por Resultados en la calidad del gasto en la Municipalidad Distrital de Chaglla - Pachitea, donde se desarrollaron diferentes talleres cuyo objeto fue capacitarlos técnicamente y desarrollar sus habilidades sobre gestión del presupuesto. El método de investigación realizado es el Método Científico, el nivel de investigación es cuasi experimental, el diseño de investigación utilizado en la presente investigación fue de cuasi experimental, donde nos permitió relacionar con dos o más datos de un conjunto de sujetos con la intención de demostrar la influencia, que es nuestro caso. La muestra del presente trabajo de investigación está representada por un total de 26 trabajadores de la Municipalidad distrital de Chaglla. Los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación demuestran que la mayoría de trabajadores manifestaron que el gasto de calidad significa saber usar los recursos públicos en bienes y servicios que favorecen los niveles de vida de la población. Se arribó a la conclusión, la aplicación del Presupuesto por resultados en los gobiernos locales del Perú mejora la calidad del gasto público ya que ellos son destinados a favorecer los niveles de vida de la población.

    The objective of the present investigation was to demonstrate how the management of the budget by results in the quality of the expenses in the District Municipality of Chaglla - Pachitea influences, where different workshops were developed whose objective was to train them technically and to develop their abilities on budget management. The research method used is the Scientific Method, the level of research is quasi experimental, the research design used in the present investigation was quasi experimental, where it allowed us to relate with two or more data of a set of subjects with the intention of Demonstrate the influence, which is our case. The sample of the present investigation work is represented by a total of 26 workers of the Municipality of Chaglla. The results obtained in the present investigation show that the majority of workers stated that quality spending means knowing how to use public resources in goods and services that favor the standard of living of the population. It was concluded that the implementation of the Results Budget in Peru's local governments improves the quality of public spending since they are intended to promote the living standards of the population.
