¿Qué hay que hacer para ser administrativo sanitario?

    En la coordinación y logística de los centros sanitarios, el personal administrativo cumple una función esencial. Es clave para una estrategia adecuada de cara a una buena marcha de la parte administrativa del centro sanitario, área sin la cual el desorden cundiría y la atención íntegra al paciente resultaría virtualmente imposible. Es importante indicar que, a pesar de que en algunos casos las funciones de administración son similares a otros campos que no tienen que ver con la sanidad, en el sector sanitario la administración cobra especial relevancia y especialización.

    Por eso, para ser administrativo de un hospital hay que formarse específicamente en este campo. Hay que tener en cuenta que el campo sanitario, de los administrativos también depende la buena atención médica, por lo que sus responsabilidades son más grandes que en otras áreas ajenas a la sanidad.

    In the coordination and logistics of health centers, administrative staff play an essential role. It is key to an adequate strategy for the smooth running of the administrative part of the health center, an area without which disorder would spread and comprehensive patient care would be virtually impossible. It is important to indicate that, although in some cases the administration functions are similar to other fields that have nothing to do with healthcare, in the healthcare sector, administration takes on special relevance and specialization.

    Therefore, to be a hospital administrator you have to train specifically in this field. It must be taken into account that in the healthcare field, good medical care also depends on administrative staff, so their responsibilities are greater than in other areas outside of healthcare.
