  Estudio realizado con base en la jurisprudencia y doctrina judicial de la última década sobre las particularidades que presenta el ejercicio del derecho de huelga por parte de los otros sindicatos. La intención es indagar en las opciones que les abre el vigente régimen legal; también detectar la existencia de tendencias que pudieran servir de guía a una necesaria ley orgánica reguladora del derecho de huelga; así como, en su caso, detectar también eventuales puntos de fricción en el vigente régimen legal que estarían aconsejando la adopción de específicas respuestas normativas para acomodar el ejercicio del derecho a convocar huelgas de los otros sindicatos a la condición de representatividad de la que efectivamente disfrutan. Los hilos conductores del análisis conciernen a la clasificación de los otros sindicatos por referencia a la posición de fuerza que tienen en las huelgas contra a la empresa y a la implantación como criterio de diferenciación sindical en materia de huelga

  Study carried out based on jurisprudence and judicial doctrine of the last decade on the particularities of the exercise of the right to strike by other unions. The intention is to investigate the options that the current legal regime opens up to them; also detect the existence of trends that could serve as a guide to a necessary organic law regulating the right to strike; as well as, where appropriate, also detect possible points of friction in the current legal regime that would advise the adoption of specific regulatory responses to accommodate the exercise of the right to call strikes by other unions to the condition of representativeness that they actually enjoy. The guiding threads of the analysis concern the classification of other unions by reference to the position of strength they have in strikes against the company and the implantation as a criterion of union differentiation in terms of strikes
