La pandemia Covid-19 marcó la vida y la educación, de allí la importancia de analizar, desde la perspectiva de estudiantes y docentes universitarios, los retos que enfrentan derivados de aquélla. Los métodos: analítico – sintético, teórico – deductivo y hermenéutico orientaron el caso. El enfoque de investigación es mixto, aplicado, descriptivo y de campo. Las técnicas: entrevista semiestructurada y escalas. Los actores manifiestan haber sido afectados en sus familias, persona, economía y cambios en la dinámica familiar. Además, los estudiantes consideran aprender menos en la modalidad virtual y ambos colectivos califican como satisfactorias sus competencias en Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC).
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on life and education. It is essential to analyze the challenges faced by university students and teachers from their perspective. In this study, we have used analytical-synthetic, theoretical-deductive, and hermeneuti-cal methods to guide our case. We have adopted a mixed, applied, descriptive, and field research approach, using semi-structured interviews and scales as techniques. The participants in this study have reported being affected in various aspects of their lives, such as their families, personal well-being, finances, and family dynamics. Students have also expressed their concerns over learning less in the virtual model. However, both students and teachers have rated their competencies in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as satisfactory.
