En este comentario a las recientes sentencias del Tribunal Supremo habidas en materia de pisos turísticos, su autor secunda dicha jurisprudencia cuando incluye el alquiler turístico como actividad económica así prohibida en los estatutos de una comunidad de vecinos, pero precisando que son la potencial molestia vecinal y el uso abusivo de los elementos comunes que conlleva aquel alquiler lo que legitima aquella prohibición como expresión de la función social que puede limitar el ejercicio de la propiedad privada y de la libertad de empresa.
