El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar la evolución y las reformas legislativas en materia colectiva laboral en México, particularmente el derecho burocrático que aparece a partir de la adición del apartado B del artículo 123 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, con énfasis en la ley burocrática del estado de Tabasco, y determinar si ha existido flexibilidad en la reglamentación sindical.

The aim of this study is the analysis of the evolution of the economy and legislative reforms in the collective labor in Mexico, particularly the bureaucratic law that appears in section 123 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, with emphasis on the law bureaucratic of the state of Tabasco, and determine if there has been flexibility in union regulation.
