A concepção de acolhimento no serviço social: uma revisão dos eventos CBAS E ENPESS

    This article aims to investigate how Social Work in health policy includes welcoming in its theoretical productions. It is characterized as an exploratory study, based on a bibliographic research, with a qualitative approach, fundamental in critical social theory and in the dialectical method of categories. Data collection took place with the survey of productions in the annals of CBAS and ENPESS from 2010 to 2019. Eleven articles were selected, five corresponding to CBAS and six to ENPESS. The productions of the theoretical production on the researched topic, although elaborated, the limits of the study regarding the scarce number found on the theme. It was found that as productions they propose the importance of the welcomingproject, focusing on strengthening the humanization project of the Unified Health System (SUS), linked to the critical professional of Social Work. It was also recognized the spaces for the discussion of reception in which it promotesresearch and the production of knowledge of the category.

    Este artigo objetiva investigar como o Serviço Social na política de saúde contempla o acolhimento em suas produções teóricas. Caracteriza-se como um estudo exploratório, baseado em pesquisa bibliográfica, com abordagem qualitativa, fundamentada na teoria social crítica e no método dialético e suas categorias. A coleta de dados ocorreu com o levantamento das produções teóricas nos anais dos CBAS e ENPESS no período de 2010 a 2019. Foram selecionados onze artigos, sendo cinco correspondentes ao CBAS e seis ao ENPESS. Embora existam produções teóricas conceituadas sobre o tema pesquisado, reconheceu-se os limites do estudo quanto ao escasso número encontrado sobre a temática. Constatou-se que as produções teóricas analisadas apresentam a importância do acolhimento, com foco no fortalecimento do projeto de humanização do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), atrelado ao projeto profissional crítico do Serviço Social. Reconheceu-se também a relevância da discussão do acolhimento nos espaços que promovem a pesquisa e a produção do conhecimento da categoria.
