Propósito de la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería en la salud laboral

    Objetivo: describir el propósito de la aplicación del proceso de atención de Enfermería (PAE) en la salud laboral. Metodología: se realizó una investigación descriptiva, documental y retrospectiva. La población fue finita, constituida por 11 artículos cuali-cuantitativos obtenidos entre los años 2010-2021 a través de los portales ProQuest (1), Google Académico (4), SciELO (3), Redalyc (1) y Scopus (2), en idioma español. Se incluyeron las palabras: título del artículo, año, país, idioma, objetivos, tipo de estudio y conclusión. Resultados: el 36% de los artículos se alojaban en Google Académico; 2010, 2013 y 2019 fueron los años con más publicación (18,18% c/u); Colombia (36,36%) fue el país que reportó más investigaciones. Las palabras clave más utilizadas (40%) fueron: proceso de atención, intervención, cuidado enfermero y diagnóstico de enfermería. Con relación a la prestación de cuidados, el 50% se enfocó en identificar y reconocer la importancia de la promoción de la salud y en describir los factores que favorecen o dificultan la aplicación del PAE. 2 trabajos estudiaron la gestión de los servicios y la satisfacción del cuidado y otros 2 analizaron la competencia y experiencia y establecieron la propuesta de intervención orientada al fomento de comportamientos saludables en el entorno laboral. Conclusión: la mayoría de las publicaciones se centró en investigar acerca de aspectos relacionados con el PAE como herramienta, intervención, cuidado enfermero, diagnóstico de Enfermería y, pocos estudios se enfocaron en indagar la aplicación del proceso en la salud ocupacional.Recibido: 26/6/23 Aceptado: 26/7/23Publicado: 1/12/23

    Objective: to describe the purpose of applying the nursing care process (PAE) in occupational health. Methodology: a descriptive, documentary and retrospective investigation was carried out. The population was finite, consisting of 11 qualitative-quantitative articles obtained between the years 2010-2021 through the ProQuest (1), Google Scholar (4), SciELO (3), Redalyc (1) and Scopus (2) portals and in Spanish. The words were included: title of the article, year, country, language, objectives, type of study and conclusion. Results: 36% of the articles were hosted on Google Scholar; 2010, 2013 and 2019 were the years with the most publications (18.18% each); Colombia (36.36%) was the country that reported the most investigations. The most used keywords (40%) were care process, intervention, nursing care and nursing diagnosis. Regarding the provision of care, 50% focused on identifying and recognizing the importance of health promotion and describing the factors that favor or hinder the application of the PAE. 2 papers studied service management and care satisfaction and another 2 analyzed competence and experience and established the intervention proposal aimed at promoting healthy behaviors in the work environment. Conclusion: most of the publications focused on investigating aspects related to the PAE as a tool, intervention, nursing care, nursing diagnosis, and few studies focused on investigating the application of the process in occupational health.
