Resumen de Gestión escolar y calidad educativa

  El presente estudio está centrado en la búsqueda documental y científica para la comprensión del tema principal, el mismo que trata sobre la gestión escolar y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Por lo cual se ha realizado una búsqueda minuciosa de literatura en repositorios, bases de datos y sitios web bibliográficos como Scopus, Google Académico, Web of Science, entre otros. El artículo plantea netamente una metodología cualitativa y descriptiva basada en el análisis y estudio de libros, artículos y material literario web pertinente al tema permitiendo la ampliación de conocimientos con respecto al mismo, pero sobre todo en el campo educativo en el que se desarrolla. En conclusión, la finalidad de este documento se focaliza en llevar a una comprensión más clara y precisa de las problemáticas y carencias que atañen al sistema educativo si se lleva una mala gestión escolar en donde los principales afectados son los alumnos y su aprendizaje.

  The present study is focused on the documentary and scientific search for the understanding of the main topic, which deals with school management and student learning. Therefore, a thorough literature search has been carried out in repositories, databases and bibliographic websites such as Scopus, Google Scholar, Web of Science, among others. The article clearly proposes a qualitative and descriptive methodology based on the analysis and study of books, articles and web literary material relevant to the topic, allowing the expansion of knowledge regarding the subject, but especially in the educational field in which it is developed. In conclusion, the purpose of this paper focuses on leading to a clearer and more accurate understanding of the problems and shortcomings that affect the education system if there is poor school management where the main affected are the students and their learning.
