Resumen de Pathologies associated with the eruption of the third molar

  Esta investigación tiene como objetivo de determinar las patologías asociadas a la erupción del tercer molar con la finalidad de tener un panorama más amplio e integral del tema.  Concretamente, nos centramos en el tercer molar que suele brotar aproximadamente entre los 18 y 25 años, así mismo se detalló sus distintas etapas del periodo de crecimiento que son iniciación, proliferación, histodiferenciación, morfodiferenciación y aposición. También se indica las consideraciones anatómicas del tercer molar con respecto a sus distintas posiciones y como se ve alterada su evolución normal. Ademas indica las patogenias de la erupción de las terceras molares las cuales pueden tener un inicio triple, ya que el primero puede ser de tipo infeccioso desde la cavidad bucal, el segundo es de tipo mecánico en respecto a la falta de espacio y el tercero es de origen neurológico, por lo cual se detalla cada uno de ellos.

  This research aims to determine the pathologies associated with the eruption of the third molar in order to have a broader and more comprehensive picture of the subject. Specifically, we focus on the third molar that usually erupts between approximately 18 and 25 years of age, as well as its different stages of the growth period, which are initiation, proliferation, histodifferentiation, morphodifferentiation and apposition. It also indicates the anatomical considerations of the third molar with respect to its different positions and how its normal evolution is altered. It also indicates the pathogenesis of the eruption of the third molars which can have a triple onset, since the first can be of an infectious type from the oral cavity, the second is of a mechanical type with respect to lack of space and the third is of neurological origin, for which each one of them is detailed.
