El valor agregado de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicaciones (TIC) en la educación superior, desde una perspectiva responsable y segura

    El presente tiene como propósito describir el valor agregado de las TIC en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes de nivel superior; se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, donde se aplicaron instrumentos como la entrevista, la encuesta y la observación a estudiantes con el objetivo de determinar la manera responsable y segura uso de las TIC en la educación superior; se presentan resultados que surgieron de un proceso de identificación y comparación de los datos estableciendo relaciones y explicaciones que lleva a responder la pregunta de investigación: ¿Cuáles son las bases para desarrollar e implementar las políticas institucionales de control para que los estudiantes aprovechen el valor agregado de las TIC de una manera responsable y segura? Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron que en el ámbito educativo es donde cobra mayor valor agregado el uso de las TIC y que favorecen el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes, y les permiten lograr la adquisición y fortalecimiento de nuevos aprendizajes de manera significativa, las TIC juegan un papel primordial dando la posibilidad de expresarse, comunicarse a distancia, para lograr sus metas, desafíos y tener un mayor alcance antes, durante y después de la pandemia. Así mismo, se hace énfasis en la necesidad de contar con una estrategia y políticas como medio para alcanzar el control ante los distractores en la educación superior ante el uso de las TIC.

    The purpose is to describe the added value of ICT in the teaching-learning process of higher education students; it was carried out under the quantitative approach, where instruments such as interviews, surveys and observation of students were applied with the aim of determining the responsible and safe use of ICT in higher education; Results that emerged from a process of identification and comparison of data are presented, establishing relationships and explanations that leads to answering the research question: What are the bases for developing and implementing institutional control policies so that students take advantage of the added value of ICT in a responsible and safe way? The results obtained showed that in the educational field is where the use of ICT takes on greater added value and that they favor the teaching-learning process of students, and allow them to achieve the acquisition and strengthening of new learning in a significant way, ICT play a fundamental role giving the possibility of expressing themselves, communicating at a distance, etc. to achieve their goals, challenges, and have greater reach before, during, and after the pandemic. Likewise, emphasis is placed on the need to have a strategy and policies to achieve control against the distractions in higher education due to the use of ICTs.
