Resumen de Análise do padrão de especialização e a reestruturação produtiva na região norte no período de 1991 a 2000

  The present work is the result of a qualitative research, through a literature review, we carried out a bibliographic survey of authors who weave the theme of Regional Economy especially in the theories of Location and spatial organization of the economy. The theories of Von Thunen, Albert Weber, Gunnar Myrdal, François Perroux, Walter Isard, Walter Christaller, Albert Hirschman were studied. Then we use the methods of regional analysis to verify the location and specialization measures, which are: Location Quotient (QLij), Location Coefficient (CLj), Redistribution Coefficient (CRj), Specialization Coefficient (CEi) and the Coefficient of Restructuring (CTj). With regard to the results obtained, it is important to point out that, as several authors observe, the base variable (labor) used to calculate all the indicators analyzed here, even though it is the most used in scientific works of the same nature, for the various reasons already explained in the methodology can hide changes in the productive structure.

  O presente trabalho é resultado de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, por meio de uma revisão de literatura, realizamos um levantamento bibliográfico de autores que tecem a temática da Economia Regional especialmente nas teorias da Localização e da organização espacial da economia. Foram estudadas as teorias de Von Thunen, Albert Weber, Gunnar Myrdal, François Perroux, Walter Isard, Walter Christaller, Albert Hirschman. Em seguida utilizamos os métodos de análise regional para a verificação das medidas de localização e de especialização que são: Quociente Locacional (QLij), Coeficiente de Localização (CLj), Coeficiente de Redistribuição (CRj), Coeficiente de Especialização (CEi) e o Coeficiente de Reestruturação (CTj). Com relação aos resultados obtidos é importante salientar que conforme vários autores observam que a variável base (mão-de-obra) utilizada para calcular todos indicadores aqui analisados, mesmo  sendo a mais utilizada nos trabalhos científicos de mesma natureza, pelos diversos motivos já expostos na metodologia pode ocultar modificações na estrutura produtiva.
