    La ficción española ha llevado en variadas ocasiones a la pequeña y gran pantalla la figura del personaje andaluz. Sobre Andalucía y los andaluces a lo largo de los siglos se han vertido una serie de prejuicios por su modo de hablar y por su manera de vivir. Algunas veces, dichos prejuicios se han estereotipado, llegando a desprestigiar al andaluz.

    En el presente trabajo se realizará un estudio sobre la variedad andaluza, las actitudes y creencias lingüísticas, además de examinar la figura del andaluz en el cine. A continuación, se realizará un análisis de cuatro escenas de la serie de Atresplayer, Allí abajo, donde se representan variados estereotipos que giran en torno a la figura del andaluz, además de los prejuicios que los vascos suelen tener sobre los andaluces.

    Spanish fiction has brought the figure of the Andalusian character to the small and big screen on several occasions. Over the centuries, many prejudices have been cast on Andalusia and Andalusians because of their way of speaking and their way of living. Sometimes, these prejudices have been stereotyped and the Andalusian has been discredited.

    In the present dissertation, a study will be carried out on the Andalusian variety, linguistic attitudes, and beliefs. In addition, we are going to examine the figure of the Andalusian in the cinema. Then, we are going to carry out an analysis of four scenes from the Atresplayer series, Allí abajo, where the stereotypes of the figure of the Andalusian are represented, as well as the prejudices that the Basques have about the Andalusians.
