    La justicia es un valor medular del Derecho. Conocer su contenido es esencial para la creación, aplicación e interpretación del Derecho. Es necesario delimitar su contenido mínimo a fin de saber qué puede ser exigido como justicia en términos de derechos humanos, es decir, cuál es la justicia mínima exigible en un sistema jurídico. Para ello se realiza una indagación histórica y jurisprudencial del precepto de la que pueda finalmente extraerse esta justicia mínima que pueda ser configuradora de un derecho humano a la justicia material.

    Justice is a core value of Law. Knowing its content is essential for the creation, application, and interpretation of the Law. It is necessary to delimit its minimum content in order to know what can be demanded as justice in terms of human rights, that is, what is the minimum justice that can be demanded in a legal system. For this, a historical, axiological, and jurisprudential investigation of the precept is carried out from which this minimum justice can finally be extracted that can be configured of a human right to material justice.
