Resumen de Objetos virtuales de aprendizaje y método PLECA en la enseñanza de Emprendimiento y Gestión

  La investigación tuvo por objetivo analizar los objetos virtuales de aprendizaje y método PLECA como estrategia didáctica en la enseñanza de Emprendimiento y Gestión a nivel bachillerato de diferentes distritos y zonas del Ministerio de Educación de Ecuador. Metodológicamente fue de tipo descriptiva con diseño no experimental  transversal. Combiene subrayar que el diagnostico realizado mediante esta investigación evidenció que hay gran necesidad por parte del docente de transformar su manera de enseñar de interpretar de diferentes maneras su materia y adaptarlas a las nuevas tecnologías de enseñanza aprendizaje, un reto que pueden ser superado al dotarlos de medios y formaciones adecuados, para este fin se propone poner en práctica el Modelo de Gestión PLECA planteado en este artículo.

  The objective of the research was to analyze the virtual learning objects and the PLECA method as a didactic strategy in the teaching of Entrepreneurship and Management at the high school level in different districts and areas of the Ministry of Education of Ecuador. Methodologically, it was descriptive with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. It should be emphasized that the diagnosis made through this research showed that there is a great need for teachers to transform their way of teaching to interpret their subject in different ways and adapt them to new teaching-learning technologies, a challenge that can be overcome by providing them with Adequate means and training, for this purpose it is proposed to put into practice the PLECA Management Model proposed in this article.
