    Una pareja homosexual con autorización judicial para iniciar TRHA de gestación por subrogación de vientre interpone acción de amparo en la justicia federal de Mendoza contra OSPe a fin de que se condene a la misma a suministrar cobertura integral del TRHA más ICSI con vientre subrogado en la Clínica Creo con el Dr. Luciano Sabatini y/o con el/la médico/a que las partes escojan y la cobertura integral de los estudios y/o medicación que sean indicados tanto a las partes y/o a la gestante y/o a la donante quién no es afilia-da a la obra social. El tribunal hace lugar al pedido.

    A homosexual couple with legal authorization to initiate gestational TRHA through surrogacy files an amparo action in the federal court of Mendoza against OSPE in order to be sentenced to provide comprehensive coverage of TRHA plus ICSI with surrogate mother at the Creo Clinic with Dr. Luciano Sabatini and/or with the doctor chosen by the parties and comprehensive coverage of the studies and/or medication that are indicated both to the parties and/or the donor who is not affiliated with the social work. The court grants the request.
