    La investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación entre Identidad profesional y vocación docente en el nivel primaria de la I.E. 3036 José Andrés Razuri. Desde una connotación metodológica, se fundamentó en el enfoque cuantitativo, en un tipo de investigación descriptiva con apoyo correlacional, bajo un diseño no experimental. La identidad profesional se relaciona y, además, tiene relación sobre la vocación docente; siendo considerable que los docentes encuestados potencien su identidad con la finalidad de mantener o incrementar su vocación con mayor pertinencia a prestar un servicio educativo con la calidad del servicio esperado por la sociedad peruana, como contribución a su crecimiento integral. Comprendiéndose la vocación como un acto esperanzador en un contexto frágil, donde el docente se convierte en un agente de cambio.

    The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between professional identity and teaching vocation at the primary level of I.E., 3036 José Andrés Razuri. From a methodological connotation it was based on the quantitative approach in a descriptive type of research with correlational support, under a non-experimental design. The professional identity is related and also related to the teaching vocation; being considerable that the surveyed teachers strengthen their identity in order to maintain or increase their vocation with greater relevance to provide an educational service with the quality of service expected by the Peruvian society as a contribution to its integral growth. Understanding vocation as a hopeful act in a fragile context, where the teacher becomes an agent of change.
