Se reseñan las principales normas referidas al ámbito educativo publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de Estado (BOE) y en los Diarios o Boletines oficiales de las diferentes comunidades autónomas. Los textos reseñados comprenden el periodo comprendido entre el 22de octubrede 2023y el 21de enerode 2024.Se han excluido las normas referidas al ámbito universitario, así como aquellas que hacen solo referencia a un centro, entidad o persona. Asimismo, se ha incluido aquella normativa referida a la inspección de educación que ha sido publicada en las páginas web de las distintas Administraciones educativas

The main educational regulations published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) and in the official gazettes or bulletins of the different autonomous communities are here outlined. The reviewed texts go from to October22th, 2023to January21th,2024. The regulations referring to the university field have been excluded, as well as those that only refer to educational institution, entity or person has been excluded. Likewise, we have included those regulations referring to the education inspection that have been published in the web pages of the different educational administrations.
