    El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en el estudio de la incidencia del Derecho del Consejo de Europa en los ordenamientos nacionales en materia de diversidad sexual, que ofrece destacados avances en la garantía y protección efectiva de los derechos de las personas LGTBIQ+ ante el incumplimiento de las obligaciones positivas y negativas de los Estados.

    The aim of this paper is to study the impact of the Council of Europe Law on the national legal systems in the field of sexual diversity, which offers outstanding advances in the guarantee and effective protection of the rights of LGTBIQ+ persons in the face of the non-fulfillment of the positive and negative obligations of the States.
