Resumen de Comentario al Decreto 48/2023, de 26 de abril, de ordenación de los establecimientos de alojamiento de turismo rural en la Comunidad de Madrid

El pasado 5 de mayo de 2023 entró en vigor el Decreto 48/2023, de 26 de abril, el nuevo Reglamento que regula la ordenación de los establecimientos de turismo rural en la Comunidad de Madrid. Esta disposición basada en gran parte en la regulación anterior sustituye la exigencia a los establecimientos de la autorización administrativa previa por la presentación de una declaración responsable de inicio de la actividad turística. En este trabajo se comenta comparativamente los diferentes aspectos contenidos en ambos Decretos, el anterior de 2005 y el vigente, y se destacan las novedades más relevantes de la regulación actual.

On May 5, 2023, Decree 48/2023, of April 26, came into force, the new Regulation that regulates the organization of rural tourism establishments in the Community of Madrid. This provision based largely on the previous regulation replaces the requirement for establishments to obtain prior administrative authorization with the presentation of a responsible declaration of the start of tourist activity. This work comparatively comments on the different aspects contained in both Decrees, the previous one from 2005 and the current one, and highlights the most relevant developments in the current regulation.
