Satisfacción de la Comunidad Chibuleo sobre el acceso a la salud en tiempos de COVID-19

    La investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar si el contagio con COVID-19, influenció para que los habitantes de la Comuna Chibuleo accedieran a tratamientos tradicionales y acudieran a centros médicos para recibir medicina convencional para combatir los malestares de la enfermedad durante la Pandemia. La investigación fue cuantitativa de alcance descriptivo y correlacional de diseño transversal, y fue aplicada a 387 habitantes de la Comuna Chibuleo de Tungurahua – Ecuador comprendidos entre edades de 18 hasta 80 años. Una encuesta conformada por 28 preguntas se utilizó para levantar la información durante el mes de diciembre y los resultados obtenidos fueron analizados descriptiva e inferencial y correlacionalmente a través de SPSS 21. Los hallazgos permitieron determinar que los contagiados de COVID-19 decidieron recibir tratamiento tradicional y para mejorar su salud lo complementaron con medicina convencional que fue prescrita cuando acudieron a centro de salud donde recibieron buena atención y no fueron discriminados

    The objective of the investigation was to identify if the contagion with COVID-19 influenced the inhabitants of the Chibuleo Commune to access traditional treatments and go to medical centers to receive conventional medicine to combat the discomforts of the disease during the Pandemic. The research was quantitative with0a0descriptive0and0correlational scope0and0a0cross-sectional0design0and was applied to 387 inhabitants of the Chibuleo de Tungurahua Commune - Ecuador0between0the0ages0of0180and080 years. A survey made up of 28 questions was used to collect the information0during0the0month0of December0and the0results0obtained were analyzed descriptively and correlational through SPSS 21. The findings made it possible to determine that those infected with COVID-19 decided to receive traditional treatment and to improve They supplemented their health with conventional medicine that was prescribed when they went to a health center where they received good care and were not discriminated against.
