Resumen de Estudio comparativo de adhesivo para uso ortodóntico y adhesivo universal en Brackets. Estudio in vitro

  Objetivo: Comparar el adhesivo universal y el adhesivo de ortodoncia y comprobar cuál es más eficiente para evitar el desprendimiento de estos en los pacientes que utilizan ortodoncia.

  Introducción: En 1995 el concepto de adhesión dental fue introducido por Miguel G. Bounocore, sin embargo, en 1979 realizaron una descripción sobre la unión propiamente dicha del esmalte y del bracket con la unión de bonding y resina, con el pasar de los tiempos se han observado diversos procedimientos para simplificar los pasos en los procesos adhesivos y consiguiente la reducción del tiempo de esta. Él adhesivo es una sustancia capaz de mantener los materiales por unión superficial, con el paso de los tiempos estos han ido evolucionando hasta llegar a tener mejor biocompatibilidad proporcionando una adecuada resistencia y sin dañar las estructuras más importantes del diente. Por todo lo expresado anteriormente se realizó un estudio el cual presenta una comparación entre brackets MIM la una de manera convencional y la otra en forma de riel, al realizarle diversas pruebas de fuerza no lograron conseguir diferencia en la adhesión, sin embargo, fue enfocado al diseño de la base de cada uno de los Brackets con un solo tipo de adhesivo y focalizando un poco más en las fuerzas que pueden resistir.

  Metodología: Se realizo el estudio con 40 premolares que fueron previamente extraídos en clínicas dentales bajo supervisión de cada uno de los pacientes.

  Resultados: Se realizaron pruebas con ayuda de la maquina cizalladora y se logró observar los resultados respectivos del estudio.

  Objective: To compare the universal adhesive and the orthodontic adhesive and to check which is more efficient to avoid the detachment of these in patients who use orthodontics. Introduction: In 1995 the concept of dental adhesion was introduced by Miguel G. Bounocore, however, in 1979 they made a description of the union itself of the enamel and the bracket with the bonding and resin union, with the passage of time various procedures have been observed to simplify the steps in the adhesive processes and consequently the reduction of the time of this. The adhesive is a substance capable of maintaining materials by surface bonding, with the passage of time these have evolved to have better biocompatibility providing adequate resistance and without damaging the most important structures of the tooth. For all the above expressed a study which presents a comparison between MIM brackets one in a conventional way and the other in the form of a rail, when performing various strength tests they failed to achieve a difference in adhesion, however, it was focused on the design of the base of each of the brackets with a single type of adhesive and focusing a little more on the forces that can resist. Methodology: The study was conducted with 40 premolars that were previously extracted in dental clinics under the supervision of each of the patients.

  Results: Tests were performed with the help of the shearer and it was possible to observe the respective results of the study.
