Resumen de Valoración del alumnado sobre la metodología de resolución de casosprácticos en la asignatura de Educación Social e Intercultural

  • Due to the importance of the implementation of active methodologies in Education, the subject ofSocial and Intercultural Education has considered the use of practical case resolution methodology in order toapproach students to the social atmosphere they are dealing with.This project aims to get to know the students’assessment on this methodology in the first steps of the learning process. The results highlight that this typeof activities enhance the relationships between theoretical knowledge and its implementation., it helps themto have a most comprehensive vision of the subject and approaches them to the socioeducational reality theymight face in the classrooms.The students who participated in survey consider this methodology very satisfactory taking into account the following items: the strengthening of the contents of the subject, motivation,encouragement of teamwork the understanding of current social life, enhancing social participation, beingautonomous and being able to understand the complexity of social problems. Thanks to the positive assessment carried out by the students, we will continue implementing this methodology in the next years in order toreinforce the theoretical knowledge of the subject.
