    Este artículo es una propuesta de Plan de Internacionalización de una pequeña finca ubicada en el cantón Sucúa, provincia de Morona Santiago, Ecuador, la cual empezó a cultivar pitahaya hace cinco años, el artículo se enfoca en que la finca “Sucúa Fruit” junto a la unión de otras empresas cercanas al sector, puedan internacionalizarse de modo que puedan exportar pitahaya. Para ello, se ha diseñado un Plan de Internacionalización en el que se indica paso a paso las estrategias y procesos logísticos y operativos que se deben realizar y también, un estudio de mercado en el que se puede visualizar el país más rentable para que se pueda llevar a cabo el proyecto y con el tiempo, la empresa sea conocida, incrementen las ventas y se pueda internacionalizar con éxito.

    This Master's Thesis is a proposal for the Internationalization Plan of a small company located in the canton of Sucúa, province of Morona Santiago, which began to cultivate dragon fruit five years ago, the project focuses on the company "Sucúa Fruit" together with the union of other companies close to the sector, they can internationalize so that they can export dragon fruit. For this, an Internationalization Plan has been designed in which the logistical, budgetary, financial, and operational strategies and processes that must be carried out are indicated step by step, as well as a market study in which the most profitable country can be visualized. so that the project can be carried out and over time, the company is known, sales increase and it can be internationalized to other countries.
