Concepción del docente de Educación Física sobre los recursos didácticos utilizados en primaria

    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las concepciones de los docentes de Educación Física del Nivel Primario sobre el uso de los recursos didácticos y su relación con el desarrollo de las competencias del currículo vigente en la República Dominicana. Se utilizó la metodología cuantitativa descriptiva. Para la recogida de información se empleó el «Cuestionario sobre uso de recursos didácticos por profesores de Educación Física». Este instrumento fue construido y validado por expertos usando el método Delphi, al cual se aplicó el Alpha de Cronbach, generando una fiabilidad de .810, posteriormente fue pilotado con una muestra de 20 docentes, donde arrojó una fiabilidad de .996. El instrumento fue aplicado en el Distrito Educativo 15-03 de Santo Domingo, República Dominicana a una muestra no probabilística de 28 centros educativos que contaban con 2 docentes cada uno. Los resultados arrojaron que los docentes de Educación Física perciben los recursos didácticos como un medio eficaz para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Así mismo, entienden que estos favorecen el desarrollo de competencias, motivan al alumnado, estimula la imaginación y creatividad. Además, reconocen que son esenciales para adaptar los contenidos curriculares a las necesidades específicas de los estudiantes y las diferentes edades que corresponden al nivel educativo.

     This research aims to analyze the conceptions of Physical Education teachers at the Primary Level on the use of teaching resources and their relationship with the development of the competencies of the current curriculum in the Dominican Republic. Quantitative descriptive methodology was used for this investigation; for the collection of information, the "Questionnaire on the use of didactic resources by Physical Education teachers" was used. This instrument was built and validated by experts using the Delphi method, to which Cronbach's Alpha was applied obtaining a reliability of .810. It was later piloted with a sample of 20 teachers, where it yielded a reliability of .996. The instrument was applied in the Educational District 15-03 of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic to a non-probabilistic sample of 28 educational centers that had 2 teachers each. The results showed that Physical Education teachers perceive teaching resources as an effective means to improve the teaching-learning process. Likewise, they understand that these favor the development of skills, motivate students and stimulate imagination and creativity. They also recognize that these are essential to adapt curricular content to the specific needs of students and the different ages that correspond to the educational level.
