Resumen de El archivo y su función social en el Museo Provincial Hogar Escuela Eva Perón: una experiencia en el ámbito de extensión universitaria

  En Argentina, específicamente en la provincia de Entre Ríos, la Fundación Eva Perón realizó un gran aporte al crear, hace más de sesenta años, la Escuela Hogar en la ciudad de Paraná, siendo un edificio emblemático de la educación argentina de mediados del siglo XX. Por esta razón el Estado provincial gestionó en primer lugar, la declaración de Bien de Interés Histórico – Arquitectónico Nacional el predio donde funciona el complejo social educativo y que fuera aprobado por ley nacional 26.291. En segundo lugar, mediante la ley provincial 10.021 se dispone la creación del Museo Provincial Hogar Escuela Eva Perón. Los museos, así como los archivos, son instituciones al servicio de la comunidad, resguardan bienes culturales, objetos y documentos de valor histórico que cuentan la historia institucional y social, contribuyen a forjar y afianzar la identidad de una sociedad o cultura. Este trabajo describe etapas de una intervención territorial relatando una modalidad de diagnóstico situacional que contempla la recuperación dialógica de saberes, en particular con integrantes de la institución así como de los actores comunitarios. Se trató de un abordaje interdisciplinario que buscó dar respuesta a una problemática concreta de la realidad y la participación activa de los distintos actores, ofreciendo un recorrido por la experiencia extensionista en territorio, en el cual la universidad se involucró y logró una intervención efectiva en beneficio de la comunidad. Específicamente, se pretende dar a conocer la función social que cumple el archivo en el Museo Provincial Hogar Escuela Eva Perón. Porque los documentos resguardados en esta institución cultural ayudarán a la recostrucción de la historia intitucional, a legitimar los objetos que conforman el patrimono del museo y a colaborar en su difusión, construyendo así, un espacio de identidad que testimonie la cultura de la localidad.

  In Argentina, specifically in the province of Entre Ríos, the Eva Perón Foundation made a great contribution by creating, more than sixty years ago, the Hogar School in the city of Paraná, being an emblematic building of Argentine education in the mid-twentieth century. . For this reason, the provincial State managed in the first place, the declaration of Asset of Historical Interest - National Architectural the property where the educational social complex works and that was approved by national law 26,291. Second, provincial law 10,021 provides for the creation of the Eva Perón Home School Provincial Museum. Museums, as well as archives, are institutions at the service of the community, they safeguard cultural assets, objects and documents of historical value that tell the institutional and social history, contribute to forge and strengthen the identity of a society or culture. This work describes stages of a territorial intervention, reporting a situational diagnosis modality that contemplates the dialogic recovery of knowledge, in particular with members of the institution as well as community actors. It was an interdisciplinary approach that sought to respond to a specific problem of reality and the active participation of the different actors, offering a tour of the extensionist experience in the territory, in which the university was involved and achieved an effective intervention for the benefit of the community. Specifically, it is intended to publicize the social function that the archive fulfills in the Eva Perón Home School Provincial Museum. Because the documents stored in this cultural institution will help to reconstruct the institutional history, to legitimize the objects that make up the museum's heritage and to collaborate in its dissemination, thus building an identity space that bears witness to the local culture.
