  En este trabajo se examinó la literatura académica especializada de las ciencias sociales producida en la provincia de Entre Ríos que toma como preocupación central el fenómeno de la pobreza; el objetivo que se persiguió fue analizar y establecer cuáles son las "lagunas" y "vacíos" que hay en la temática. Se afirmó que existe la necesidad de establecer políticas interinstitucionales entre la academia y el gobierno para comprender el fenómeno de la pobreza con las particularidades y características del contexto regional.

  This article examines specialised academic literature in the Social Sciences from the province of Entre Ríos that focuses on the phenomenon that is poverty. Its objective was to analyse and establish the "gaps" and blinds" of the subject. It was affirmed that there is the need to establish inter-institutional policies between the academy and the government tounderstand the phenomenon of poverty considering particularities and characteristics in the regional context.
