    El Parque Escolar Rural "Enrique Berduc';es un área protegida de 5,94 km2 situada a 23km. al NO de la ciudad de Paraná, en el paraje La Picada, Departamento Paraná, Provincia de Entre Ríos. En los tres cuerpos de agua permanentes se determinó la composición ictiofaunística. El estudio de  la  ictiofauna  fue  realizado  entre julio 1994 y mayo de 1995. Se identificaron 52 especies, pertenecientes a siete ordenes: MYLIOBATIFORMES (1), CUPLEIFORMES (2), CHARACIFORMES (27), SILURIFORMES (16), ATHERINIFORMES (2), PERCIFORMES (3) y PLEURONECTIFORMES (1). Dentro de los Characiformes, la familia Characidae fue la mejor representada, con 18 especies.

    The "Parque Escolar Rural Enrique Berduc" is a protected provincial area and comprising 5.94 km2• It is located 23 km to the NW of Paraná, the capital city of Entre Ríos, in "La Picada". In this paper, the fish composition of its three main water bodies is analyzed. The study was carried out from July 1994 to May 1995. The 52 species registered were grouped in  the  following  arder:  MYLIOBATIFORMES  (1),  CUPLEIFORMES (2).   CHARACIFORMES    (27),   SILURlFORMES    (16),   ATHERINIFORMES    (2), PERCIFORMES (3) and PLEURONECTIFORMES (1). Within the Characiformes, the Characidae was the most important family with the highest number of species (18).
