Resumen de Competencias digitales del docente para atender a la diversidad de aprendizajes en la pandemia COVID – 19

  El presente artículo busca analizar la influencia de las competencias digitales del docente para atender a la diversidad de aprendizajes en los estudiantes durante la pandemia COVID-19. En medio de la crisis sanitaria el docente se ha visto en la necesidad de aprender a involucrarse en la sociedad del conocimiento y profesionalizarse para no verse ajeno a la realidad digital, con la finalidad de superar las barreras tecnológicas y de conectividad. El tipo de investigación que se aplicó fue mixto, bibliográfico, cuan-cualitativo, los cuales permitieron recolectar información confidencial y acertada, también descriptivo, permitiendo la obtención de datos que relacionan al investigador con la realidad. La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta, aplicada a docentes de diferentes niveles, con la finalidad de conocer el punto de visto de cada uno de ellos. El resultado obtenido aporta significativamente en el proceso educativo que se lleva actualmente, la cual ha sufrido cambios radicales y adaptables al contexto, fortaleciendo y mejorando la atención diversificada de aprendizajes.

  This article seeks to analyze the influence of the teachers' digital skills to address the diversity of learning in students during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the midst of the health crisis, teachers have found it necessary to learn to get involved in the knowledge society and to become professional so as not to be oblivious to the digital reality, in order to overcome technological and connectivity barriers. The type of research that was applied was mixed, bibliographic, qualitative, which allowed to collect confidential and accurate information, also descriptive, allowing the collection of data that relate the researcher to reality. The technique used was the survey, applied to teachers of different levels, in order to know the point of view of each of them. The results obtained significantly contribute to the educational process currently under way, which has undergone radical changes that are adaptable to the context, strengthening and improving the diversified attention given to learning.
